Introduction: EL ATEO is a brand of ultra premium tequilas that seeks to have a personality different from others, moving away from clichés of the category.


To achieve this, we created a concept based on the figure of three great thinkers of civilization: Tequila Plata (Aristotle), Tequila Añejo (Hegel) and Tequila Reposado (Freud).

Each of them is illustrated on the tequila label, showing only a part of them as a way of censoring their thoughts. The tall and solid typography reflects the quality of the product; the gold and silver finishes give us a premium feel. For the illustrations we based ourselves on those vignettes from antique medical books that takes us back to a time when new ideas were questioned and censured.


Manifiesto: We are the experimenters who sowed the origin of a tradition full of abundance. Since 1955 we have grown along with our long life elixir, prolonging our passage through this land. We know that nothing is accidental, therefore observant and methodical, we honor the cycle of giving and receiving, of excelling and putting the talent of the creators on high. We faithfully believe in the science of experimentation, always grateful with our lands and those who put their effort into it.
